Summary: Excellent stay, great location, super nice staff - shout out to Reza and Gaby, so helpful and pleasant. Newer hotel with large room and bathroom so well designed. Very nice decor. We were vary happy at this hotel and highly recommend.

Summary: Blackout shades work too well ;). I like it dark when I sleep and these delivered. Only drawback is when it's time to get up, there's still no light peeking through. Had to look at my phone to know it was daytime. Riza was great! Love their program - if you don't need your room cleaned, you can let them know by leaving a little pouch on your door handle and they'll put candy in it. Very clean, very comfortable. I saw 2 of the double rooms and liked the art in both! Must say I'm happy to not have gotten the Picasso room or a room with naked people in the paintings, not my thing.

Summary: Nice hotel located a few blocks from Karlsplatz and the train station, and just a block to entrance to the S & U bahns. The hotel is small and comfortable, the room was a nice size for 2 people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was also good. I would stay here again.

Summary: Staff was Very pleasant and helpful. Alex is an absolute asset to the hotel. He made our stay feel more like home. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Hotel is located close to most attractions and a few feet away from the Bahn trains and 5 minute walking distance to main Munich HBF. You won’t go wrong staying here.

Summary: Great location just a couple of blocks from the start of the pedestrian shopping street that leads to Marienplatz and just a block away from the main train station. Cool rooms with a variety of artworks displayed. The room we had featured the best black out shades I have ever seen. The sun could go supernova and you would not see the light. This also blocks most street noise, so it was reasonably quiet at night despite being in the center of the city with a tram line just outside. For other Americans, remember this is a European hotel room. The rooms are smaller than what you may be used to, but they are still plenty big to hang out for a few days. You will be spenidng most of your time out in the city anyway. Front desk staff was attentive and quickly fixed an issue with our room thermostat.
